The service
Groma is a project-management tool for integration projects, operated by Jorge Gil (jorge.gil@rolandberger.com). It is in active development: features change, and it is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Access is by invitation
An account can be created only with an email address a project has invited. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what is done under your account. Project admins decide who belongs to their project and what they can change.
Your content
What you put into a project stays yours and your organisation's. You give the operator only the rights needed to store it, show it to the project's members and run the service. Do not upload content you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.
RB AI
RB AI answers questions and proposes changes from the project's data. Its answers can be wrong, so check what matters. It never changes a project on its own: a proposal takes effect only when a person accepts it, and the change is recorded under that person's name.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access projects you were not invited to, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. Accounts that do may be suspended.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the service's content, including RB AI's answers.
Privacy and changes
How personal data is handled is described in the privacy notice. These terms may be updated; the date above says when they last changed.
